Roxann brings nearly two decades of market research and operational experience to her role at automann, Inc. Her background spans automotive (OEM and aftermarket), consumer products, hospitality, healthcare, and entertainment — giving her a deep understanding of what research projects require at every level, and what it takes to execute them flawlessly.
Roxann's expertise in complex project logistics, vendor partnerships, and on-site management translates directly into automann’s approach: precise, detail-driven, and client-focused from start to finish. She has spent her career solving problems creatively, managing every moving part — from timelines and coordination to hands-on execution — with integrity and a commitment to getting it right.
Her experience working alongside top research companies and manufacturers across the United States and internationally gives automann a distinct advantage: we understand the research world because we come from it. With over 33 years of experience in vehicle acquisition and research support, Bruce is the foundation automann was built on. He has spent his career sourcing vehicles across the country, solving logistical challenges, and delivering for clients with the kind of reliability that turns professional relationships into lasting friendships. Bruce knows this industry inside and out — from the unicorn vehicle requests to the tight timelines — and he handles it all with the calm, steady expertise that only decades in the field can produce.
While Bruce has stepped back from day-to-day ownership, he remains an active and valued part of the automann team. His clients — many of whom have worked with him for years — can count on seeing the same familiar face, the same commitment, and the same quality of support they've always known. Jules’ professional, service-oriented approach to project management means every study she touches runs with precision and care. She excels at client communication, on-the-fly problem solving, and keeping projects on track no matter what the day brings — a skillset that makes her an invaluable presence in the field and at the table.
Outside of automann, Jules is the COO and Founder of More Good Days Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to giving back to her San Clemente, California community. She splits her time between Southern California and North Carolina, and brings the same heart and commitment she pours into her community to every project she manages.
